Founder & Executive Director
Retired Army Counterintelligence Agent, foster parent, nonprofit leader, and reform advocate. A military veteran with 20+ years of service, motivated by lived experience and a passion for real change.
Tonia Smith
Co-Founder & Family Care Lead
Veteran, full-time foster mom, caregiver, and curriculum developer. As a mom, military spouse, and former child care director with a Master's in Clinical Psychology, Tonia brings structure and compassion to supporting youth.
